We integrated with TOTECS to create an online Fagron shop to overcome our old functions and provide a better customer journey. In a short span of time, we can see that more customers are making more orders online. Overview
Fagron is a global market leader in pharmaceutical compounding with headquarters located in the Netherlands. Fagron Australia operates from Sydney and supplies pharmaceutical raw materials, equipment, innovative bases and suspending vehicles to compounding pharmacies all over Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia.
The Fagron Australia website has been live on TOTECS since May 2018 with a process technically known as OAuth. The integration work was technically complex as OAuth workflows are built to a high security standard. The Fagron project was thoroughly planned by TOTECS as it implemented the MWD website equipped with OAuth workflow on Fagron Online Shop which allows its end users to login to a content managed website using third-party services (such as Google, Facebook, Squizz.com).
