Terms & Conditions

  1. The Challenge commences on the Challenge Start Date and runs for 6 weeks until the Challenge Deadline (Challenge Period)
  2. The Challenge Start Date cannot be set until all Challenge Pre-Requisites are completed and confirmed by both parties.
  3. The Challenge is only applicable to businesses who are integrating with an Accounting/ERP Platform as listed on the Integration page on the TOTECS.com website. The Challenge does not apply to Projects where an integration is developed as part of the solution.
  4. TOTECS may extend the Challenge Period if it deems that an unforeseen circumstance prevented the project being completed by the Challenge Deadline
  5. Monthly Service fees do not apply during the 6 week Challenge.
  6. If the Challenge is not met by the client, the client may choose to either:
    1. Proceed at Full Cost
    2. Terminate the Service Agreement immediately and forfeit the 50% paid.
    3. Deactivate their project and pay no further implementation fees.
      1. The client has 3 months to Reactivate their Project or the Service Agreement will Terminate.
  7. The 50% off offer applies to the website build including scoping and implementation costs. The offer does not apply to any monthly or ongoing costs including hosting, master website design, usage, messaging or payment gateway costs.
