Stubborn images not syncing

ERROR
Product image: 9781771642378.png could not be uploaded to the Ecommerce system.
Adaptor key: Image_sync Key Product ID:3076
Full image path: C:\Users\hackr\Desktop\Image_sync\Exportimg\9781771642378.png
Error: The product image failed to be processed on the server.

The image in question can be uploaded manually fine, i have changed it to multiple formats( with changing the dir path to match) resized it and even duplicated an image that is successful on another product, it still gives me that error. i have a small handful of products about 15ish that suffer from this strangeness and cannot work out why they are being refused?

If the same image file successfully uploaded for one product and not for another, then it would be indicative of an issue specific to a product or the product image record data being read by the Connector. It be worth checking so see what the keyImageID is set to, as well as the filePath. If nothing looks unusual then can you email the service team the problematic image file, as well as the CSV file containing the product image record that the adaptor is configured to read from tor the Product Images data export within the Connector.

After investigation of this issue it was determined to be a bug within the TOTECS platform, and was caused by a single quote character being set within the description or title field of the product image being uploaded.
The bug was fixed and patched into the TOTECS platform, ensuring that the issue no longer occurs.
