From everyone at the TOTECS team we hope you've had a happy new year! 2017 was a big year for team and the TOTECS platform. We deployed 10 releases into the platform, adding 19 new features to the platform, 83 improvements and 53 bug fixes. These changes allow all businesses running websites on the TOTECS platform to get access to the ever expanding list of features, helping websites stay up to date and keep up with the constantly moving web industry. In 2018 we will continue add new features into the TOTECS platform, and already we have scheduled work to develop the following in the 1st quarter of the year: - Dealer/Location based ordering - Allowing users to choose from locations/dealers to have orders delivered to. Perfect for wholesalers who manage a network of dealers or retailers and want them to be a part of servicing customers. - Additional deal offer types in the Product Deals and Vouchers - Adding more complex offers and discounts based on basket totals, different kinds of products being purchased together, and first time orders. - Retrieving quotes in real-time from connected accounting/ERP systems, then allowing users to convert quotes into sales orders and baskets. - Repricing/clearing products in the basket when users login - More support in the Connector application for managing different types of data through Data Sets, streamlining updating data within websites - Plus much much more
