Improvement - Be able to customise the content of the Order Submission Attachment Email notification

When an order is submitted from either a content managed website or through the Trade interface, for the attached order details file that is sent out confirmation email, it has been requested that the contents of the attachment file need to be configurable in both the content and styling of the order. This looks to be done through the introduction of project settings that can format different parts of the order.

An additional requirement is to create a setting that can allow the order confirmation attachment to be either embedded within the content of the email confirmation message itself, or set as a separate attachment file like how the functionality currently works.

To make this functionality available, the following RnD has been proposed:

Within the Administration Centre, under the Stores menu the following will be added within the Order Settings Interface:
Create a section called "Order Notification Email Attachment", contains the following settings:
Setting for Order Detail Format: 2 hours
This setting allows the overall layout and content of the order to be set, including displaying chosen address details, such as addresses, order numbers, instructions and totals.

Setting for Order Product Record Format
This setting allows the format of each ordered product to be set, including displaying the product code, name, description, ordered quantities, and pricing.

Setting for Order Product Deal Record Format
This setting allows the format of each deal applied to each ordered product to be set, displaying the kind of deal that was applied, and the discount.

Setting for Order Product Basket Field Record Format
This setting allows the format of each basket field filled out by the user ordering each product to be set. This contains any customised data such as line comments, additional information required for each ordered product.

Setting for Order Product Attachment Record Format
This setting allows the format of each file attachment associated with each ordered product to be set. This includes a link to download the attachment file, as well as see its file name.

Setting for placing order detail within the Email message, or as an email attachment
This setting controls if the formatted order detail should be placed within the body of the email notification, or otherwise set as an attachment as how the functionality currently works.

The platform will need to be modified to generate the contents of the Order Email Attachment based on the above format settings
The order submission process will also need to be modified to be able to save Order Email Attachment file from generated email content or place it into the submission email body
The platform's database will need to be altered to be able to save and configure the above settings

The total development time to is expected to take 17 hours and for the it to go ahead we are looking for demand and help to fund the development.
