
A service issue can be reported by either submitting an enquiry on the TOTECS website here, by calling the office on 1300 123 500 or by emailing at service@totecs.com. For more serious issue we recommend that you report the issue over the phone.
The time it takes for an issue to be fixed depends on the severity of the issue on your business and how complex the issue itself is. Most smaller issues can be fixed while talking on the phone or right after reporting the issue.
We take our uptime very seriously, so if your website is down we recommend that you call the office on 1300 123 500 as soon as possible and we will investigate it straight away.
We operate in after hours that call on 1300 123 500 will be directed to, however, we ask that it is only used for critical issues or website outrages. For critical issues, time spent investigating the issue will be invoiced.
