TOTECS continuously release upgrades to its Software for a smooth running of your business. Every time we release an upgrade, it is automatically implemented to all our clients’ portal, we also send out mails to inform our clients about the new releases and what’s in the new release. We also help our client understand the releases, how we have fixed the bugs and what are the new features offered in our videos and newsletter.

All TOTECS upgrades are released to provide a solution to any bugs reported in the previous upgrade. However, sometimes our clients’ face issues with the new upgrades which can be fixed by calling our service helpline. If its not a general issue and a bug issue, timings may vary as fixing a bug requires more R&D and may also be fixed in the next software upgrade.
